Working Process (Blue foam)

I saw thinking should i cast the base or not but due to it take long period of time to fully dry and also i may not have enough tools to craft so i use foam as a core and have plaster plus Polyfilla on top to make the smooth surface. It is a plan and here is the process:

The block of blue foam is far too big for me to work and i have cut into small piece at the cutter in the office space. But it is still to thick so i decide to slides cut it.

My blue foam cutter have other accessory and one is this and i hope can cut most of the part.

After few hours "melting " cutting sawing and make what i want.

Next cutting the shape i want to excavate and cut all the bit i do not want.

  I just apply a thin layer 1st and then depends the situation and apply more if needed.

After sanding it have more smooth finishing.
