Working Process (Rhino + Grasshopper)

I was quite worry is the major lips form make able or not (due to i  am just a beginner of Rhino and grasshopper). So i start at the whaffle, 1st i make the shape. To make it according to Kate Moss's lip i trace at CAD:

Then import to sketchup for 3D model. ( I am not good at modeling in rhino at the moment. So model in sketchup is the best choice for me):

And then cut it into half:

And now it is ready for import to rhino.

After directly import sketchup into rhino, i have to choose "Trimmed Planes" due to grasshopper the file i use need to input BRep which is faces/planes:

After generate the scripts and it is ready to cut:

 Some piece still not fully cut through so i need to slightly cut a bit.
























 In other to reduce burn marks, cleaning is needed.( Before clean)
